With the DS-6250S, users may confidently rely on the extensive coverage and communication capabilities its offers particularly in challenging environments where reliable communication is crucial. It features a maximum power output of 50 W and supports tri-diversity receiving. Its small yet robust design means it may be directly mounted on the top of buildings and towers, reducing loss caused by feeder, connectors, etc.
SDR technology, easy expansion and maintenance
The DS-6250S allows users to remotely configure its frequency, output power and number of carriers through the software. Application frequency and network expansion may be easily achieved without the need to buy any additional hardware or conducting physical reconstructions.
Low power consumption, reduced operational costs
The DS-6250S features low power consumption of less than 350W, just one-third of traditional base stations. When powered by solar power system or UPS, it utilises fewer batteries, is space saving, cost and energy efficient. Moreover, with a lower power consumption design and highly efficient heat dissipation, it requires no dedicated air conditioner. All of this significantly reduces set-up, electrical and associated operational costs.
All-in-one design, born for the outdoors
DS-6250S boasts an easily integrable design, with a volume of less than 20 L and weighing only 16.7 kg! This allows for ease of transportation and reduced installation costs. It may be easily adapted to varied outdoor environments and doesn't require base station shelter protection, thereby reducing additional deployment costs.
Highly reliable
Its IP68 and 20 kA lightning protection, ensures it withstands temperatures ranging from -40°C to 55°C, strong environmental adaptability. What's more, the DS-6250S supports 1+1 standby redundancy.
Efficient networking
The DS-6250S is equipped with both optical fibre and LAN ports which may be used for wired cascading and also to support external wireless link equipment. The DS-6250S may be set up as an independent network or alternatively, combined with other base stations like the DS-6210/DS-6211 from our DMR Trunking Pro and Lite series.
Optimal spectrum usage
Built on multi-carrier technology, the DS-6250S utilises carrier spacing above 50 kHz. What's more, it supports the DMR trunking simulcast feature, which enables base stations to share the same network frequency. This efficiently maximizes communication capacity while minimizing frequency requirements, making it an ideal solution for high-traffic environments.
Large Coverage
The Trunking Cube Base Station can provide excellent coverage. It supports diversity receiving and can be directly mounted on antenna masts, buildings and towers, reducing feeder loss.
High Spectrum Efficiency
Based on multicarrier technology, channel spacing is more than 50 KHz instead of the traditional 250 KHz plus. What's more, it can work in DMR trunking simulcast mode, which means all base stations implemented in a single network can adopt the same frequencies.
Eco-friendly Design
The highly integrated components ensure power consumption is less than 550W, supported with the eye-catching blade heat sink design to guarantee good heat dissipation.
