Offer Details
1. The promotion includes 2 types of demo packages:
Package 1: H Series DMR Conventional Professional Digital Radio includes 2x HP60X, 2x HP68X, 2x HP70X, 2x HP78X, 2x HM78X and 1x HR106X;
Package 2 (Available in April): H Series DMR Professional Intrinsically Safe Digital Radio includes 2x HP70X UL913 and 2x HP78X UL913.
2. The minimum order quantity of each model and frequency is two.
3. The promotion starts on 15 March and ends on 30 June, 2022.
How It Works
1. Authorized partners need to place an order through partner portal with the promo code #HPCXB22 for applying the special discount.
2. Authorized dealers need to send an email to marketing@hytera.com to activate the promo code first, then order from Hytera's proposed distributors.
3. For non-authorized partners, please contact your account manager or fill out the form below to submit your request.
Terms & Conditions
1. The Hytera H Series Demo Package Promo is open to all Hytera partners with a valid business contract for 2022.
2. Each authorized distributor is limited to ordering 5 packages per type.
3. Each authorized dealer is limited to ordering 2 packages per type.
4. Emailed or Online Purchase Orders must make clear reference to the relevant offer codes (HPCXB22). Portal Online orders must show the code in the ‘special instructions box provided.
5. Demo package purchased by the authorized distributor for reseller and other signature partners will not occupy their own quota for the offer.
6. Authorized distributor/partner could not sell to a reseller and other signature partners with a price higher than 5% of landing cost.
7. Invoiced and shipped orders that qualified for this promotion of the said qualifying offers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
8. Payment terms for the demo package are 100% T/T or based on the distribution agreement.
9. This offer cannot be combined with any other Hytera promotional offer.
10. This offer is used for training, demonstration, and other non-sale activities, which the radio will include the tag "sample".
11. This campaign is available in all regions except China, Europe, the Americas and Latin America.
12. Hytera reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control. The decision of Hytera in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Hytera shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside of reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, pandemics, industrial dispute, war, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
